Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-5 business days to fulfill the products. After fulfillment, shipping times vary based on your location:
- Domestic (USA): 3-5 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unworn and unused items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and unused. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
If you need to change your shipping address, please inform us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to update your address, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in our fulfillment center’s queue. To request an address change, contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Whenever possible, we try to ship all items in one package. However, due to different production times and facilities for certain products, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
